The gin of balance, crafted in the heart of Tasmania, Australia. This London dry emphases complimentary traditional botanicals like angelica root and lemon myrtle with sandalwood and kunzea. Perfect alone, with soda or tonic, or on the rocks. The palette is fresh from start to finish Carbon Negative. Utilising the power of algae, our London Dry boasts negative 100kg of Carbon, which is the same amount of carbon produced in a round trip from Launceston to Hobart.
