Delicious and decadent stout, matured with additions of local light-roast coffee, chocolate, vanilla bean, butter and toasted coconut. Perfect to share with a friend, or sip yourself without having to get up to grab another beer! A four pack of 375ml cans that showcase some of our best work. Each of these beers was matured for 10 to 14 months in ex-whisky or ex-rum casks, drawing the residual spirit out of the oak, losing water to evaporation, and deepening in complexity of flavour over the process, and mellowing the strong alcohol content. This results in high strength beers packed with flavour, but wonderfully balanced. As with some of our other beers, these are subject to seasonal availability, small batch sizes and experimenting with unique, one-off beers as well.
